We are a family of three from Switzerland. In 2024, we set off on an overland journey along the west coast of Africa, travelling all the way to South Africa. Fourteen months later, we arrived at Bushwakka, where our Land Cruiser was transformed.

Instead of a canopy and rooftop tent, we now have the very first official Kamelback 4 Sleeper. More than 100 days later, we are still travelling full-time, and we couldn’t be happier with our new setup.

For a family, it is simply perfect. There is plenty of space for the three of us to comfortably spend our evenings inside the Kamelback—even on cold or rainy days. Whether we’re working, reading, playing games, or just enjoying time together, it truly feels like home.

The quality is exceptional, and we are constantly impressed by the thoughtful design and attention to detail. Every feature has been carefully considered, and even in demanding off-road conditions, the Kamelback continues to exceed our expectations.
