ABOUT THE JOB
The Spray-Painting Assistant will assist the Spray Painter with the preparation, painting, and finishing of components used in the manufacturing of our off-road campers and trailers.

The successful candidate must be able to work accurately, follow instructions, maintain a clean working environment, and assist with the day-to-day requirements of the spray-painting department.

• Previous hands-on spray-painting experience is essential

ABOUT THE JOB 
The main responsibility of the position is cutting fabric and materials accurately according to measurements and patterns for the manufacture of tents and related products. Full on-the-job training will be provided. No previous experience is required, but a willingness to learn and an interest in sewing and needle work are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Control the financial planning of the company (budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning)
• Enhance profitability by controlling costs and managing the income statement and balance sheet toward key ratios
• Prepare business activity reports weekly and monthly
• Keeping the working capital cycle as short as possible by controlling stock, debtors, and creditors
• Ensure all statutory requirements are met Oversee operations of the finance department

Qualifications & Skills required:
