About the Job:

As our new Graduate Supply Chain / Warehouse Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting and improving warehouse and supply chain operations within our manufacturing environment. The Role: As a fitment staff member at Kamelback 4×4, you’ll be responsible for:

· Fitting and installing 4×4 accessories and equipment

· Conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostics

· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role (fitment, mechanical, or automotive)

· Strong knowledge of 4×4 vehicles and accessories

· Previous experience with electrical and 12v power systems

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects

• Operate and maintain our industrial sewing machines, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance
• Cut, sew, and finish textiles and other materials for tent and awning production
• Work with a variety of fabrics, including canvas, polyester, and other materials
• Meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes
• Share your ideas and expertise to help us continuously improve our processes and products

• 2+ years of experience as a Machinist in a sewing or textile manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to operate and maintain industrial sewing machines
• Strong knowledge of textile production processes and materials
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials as required
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Control the financial planning of the company (budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning)
• Enhance profitability by controlling costs and managing the income statement and balance sheet toward key ratios
• Prepare business activity reports weekly and monthly
• Keeping the working capital cycle as short as possible by controlling stock, debtors, and creditors
• Ensure all statutory requirements are met Oversee operations of the finance department
• Interact with senior management with respect to strategic planning and adding financial intelligence to general business discussions
• Liaise with all finance-related 3rd parties e.g. auditors, banks, SARS, etc.

Qualifications & Skills required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Finance or Accounting with an in-depth knowledge in the field of business administration
• Auditing articles would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of financial management experience
• Strong mathematical skills
• An organized individual who can bring structure and discipline to a fast-paced unstructured environment
• Experience working with accounting software
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel
• Extensive understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions
• Understand production cost and building costing models
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Commercial and business awareness
• Ability to manage time effectively
